The primary location of the work will be the semi-circle wall on the south-western side of the plaza (image in the attached documents). The dimensions of the wall are 69ft (length) x 12ft (height). It is expected that the existing red frame will be removed unless the artist seeks to make use of the structure creatively. The sculpture is expected to be low maintenance and able to withstand all environmental conditions. Ideas for the wall may be broad in addressing broad themes of connectivity to our cities/citizens, customer service, technology, and the diversity of our county. The ideas under consideration may range from art to the utilization of digital technology.

Following a Community Public Art Selection Panel review of qualifications, up to three finalists will be invited to attend an information session and site visit in August 2019. Full proposals will be due in late September 2019 where the finalists will present their proposal in person to the Selection Panel.
